Seaside retreat: spacious house in North Cornwall, a short walk from Porthilly Beach
The house is located in North Cornwall approx 40 minute drive north of Newquay. It will sleep 8 people comfortably and can accommodate up to 12 people with use of sofa beds.
It is just a two minute walk from Porthilly beach, ten minute drive to Polzeath which is great for safe surfing. The house has a large garden for small (and big!) children to play in. There is a parking area for 4 or 5 cars and a garage to store dinghies, kites, surfboards, windsurfers etc in.
Ground Floor
Kitchen
The kitchen has an oven, hob & grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is a table that seats six people and a small breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Living area
There is a large living area with enough comfortable seating for up to ten people, it has a log burning stove, a television with Freeview and a combined DVD player. At the other end of the room is a large dining table that seats ten comfortably and can be extended to seat 12. Off the living area through French windows is a conservatory.

There is a dining area with a table that can be extended to sit 12 people.
Double Bedroom
This room has a double bed, bedside drawers and plenty storage with a large set of drawers and hanging space in a built in wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom
This room has two single beds, bedside drawers and plenty of hanging space in a built in wardrobe.
Shower Room
This room has an electric shower, w.c. and hand basin.
1st Floor
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
This room has a double bed, bedside drawers and plenty of storage in a set of large drawers and hanging space in a built in wardrobe.
It also has an ensuite shower room with a wc, shower and hand basin.
Twin bedroom
This room has two single beds, bedside drawers and plenty of hanging space in a wardrobe.
It has fabulous views across the estuary to Padstow which can be enjoyed from a window seat.
There is also a small sofa that converts to a double bed.
Snug & Work area
Need to do some work while away? Use the desk up here to escape! Want somewhere to put the kids and have some peace and quiet? There are a couple of beanbags and a large sofa that converts to a double bed should you need the extra sleeping space.
Bathroom facilities
There is a bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it, a hand basin and a w.c.
